A short film about the threat to Liverpool's UNESCO World Heritage Site Status from the planned new development, Liverpool Waters. There are views of Liverpool Waterfront and we are given a short history of Liverpool's World Heritage Site Status. An interview with Sir David Fleming, Director of National Museums Liverpool follows. He talks about the difficulties of maintaining UNESCO World Heritage Site Status in a city centre and the potential consequences of Liverpool losing it's status. There are also interviews with members of the public on the subject. |
