Description |
A short comedic film that starts with a tax bill arriving and the recipient going to see the tax inspector. Before going in to see the inspector he gives his money and watch to a stranger so he can plead poverty to the inspector who takes pity upon him and gives him some money. The film ends with the stranger paying his debt with the money and watch. |
