Description

The film begins with the Blue Coat School Band members boarding a coach and then we see them setting up to play, and then playing to a small audience, in what appear to be the grounds of a school. We see the band playing informal games of cricket and on a trip to the centre of Aberdeen where we see the sights on Union Street and Castle Street. The band play in various outdoor locations, including at a fete where we also see a Scottish Piper Band, and displays of bodybuilding , judo, gymnastics, and fencing. We see the band board the bus to return home, and then we see them carrying their equipment from the coach up the hill to the school.
