A film showing the research department of ICI at Hexagon House in Blackley and the testing of new rubber materials. Various tests such as streteching, rubbing, abrasion distortion and reaction to temperature and atmospheric conditions are seen. The moulding of latex into model fish is seen, and also the testing of vulcanised latex rubber. |
