Description

Scenes on site during the construction of the new BICC (British Insulated Callender's Cables) works at Prescot. After a brief sideways shot of an office desk, a fuel tank is shown being lifted onto purpose-built concrete supports. A large metal object (possibly an industrial boiler) is seen on the back of a lorry before there is footage of a concrete ramp under construction that leads to what appears to be a powerhouse. Features an underexposed interior shot of workers grinning at the camera.
