Description |
A crowded Bournemouth beach and walking in a park with a dog and crazy golf scenes. Boats on the river at Mudeford in Devon and a policeman directing traffic at a busy junction. A carnival queen in a parade with marching bands, floats and fancy dress. followed by funfair scenes with a carousel and stalls. A couple walk around Hollingworth Lake then large crowds in Rochdale for a Whit Walk with brass bands and religious banners. A parade celebrating the Rochdale Centenary in 1956 with a centenary queen, majorettes dancing, marching bands and fancy dress. |
