Description

A publicity film for CWS flour and bread - the story begins with King Alfred burning the cakes, followed by sequences showing the production of flour from the unloading of the grain to its delivery to a bakery; bread making and home baking. A contemporary man is seen watching the oven this time, then his family have a tea of freshly made tarts and scones.
