Description |
In September 1972 we see firefighters from the Lancashire County Fire Brigade fighting a fire at St. Leonard's Church in Padiham. Some of the firefighters use hoses at ground level and others fight the fire from the roof using long ladders. There are a crowd of onlookers watching as events unfold and some members of the public rescue items from the church. |
