Unedited footage relating to accession no. 1983 The Tripe Colony. Includes exterior footage of the Colony Community Centre, boarded up and in a state of disrepair. Travelling shots through the estate show deserted streets and derelict buildings. Also features close up shots of a Homewatch sign, burglar alarm, For Sale sign and the Compulsory Purchasing Order issued to the Tripe Colony residents in 1993; by Manchester City Council. |
