Description |
Tongue-in-cheek look at Stockport Cine Society's outing on the Macclesfield canal. Travelling from Poynton to Marple, the Chairman opts to travel by dinghy, John Newton's freshly caught fish is stolen, and the Treasurer has a mishap in the High Lane tunnel. On arrival at Marple locks, the club's ladies sit knitting, whilst club members attempt to empty the lock using two buckets. |
