Description |
A Rose Queen procession in Hatherlow near Stockport, a Sunday School ramble and members of the Hodkinson family at home and on holiday. After opening shots of Chatsworth House and grounds, family members are seen in the garden laying turf and a biplane is shown landing on Southport beach. Ramblers set off for the hills before there is footage of a Scholars' Walk and Rose Queen procession through the streets of Hatherlow. Holiday scenes include visits to Anglesey, Lake Windermere and Scarborough. Concludes with Mr Hodkinson sweeping his chimney. |
