Description

Scenes at the Pye family home - Mr Pye reading the paper in an armchair. Mrs Pye brings food into the dining room and Mr Pye calls upstairs, everyone comes down to dinner. After eating, a girl plays the piano while two young men sing along. Garden scenes follow - a man watering a new bed and picking out weeds, helped by a young woman. Mr Pye is seen tidying the front lawn.
