Description |
Footage from the 1985 Congleton Heritage Fair, held in the town centre. Stalls are set up, and flags and bunting are erected in the streets. On a rainy day, the fair takes place with people in historical costume and fancy dress, steam engines , folk musicians and a boys brigade band. Miss Congleton is in attendance, and entertainment is provided by morris dancers and a team of bell ringers. |
