Description

Interviews, drama and a discussion group are used to highlight the main issues of the women's movement - sexism, the social conditioning of children, gender stereotyping in the media, the exploitation of women in the home and pay inequality at work. It features interviews with girls and boys in a playground who talk about their own life expectations and the roles of their parents. Includes a lengthy interview with Pat Corniss , a shop steward at a light engineering factory and concludes with a women's group discussing child-care reform and the right to control their own bodies.
