Description |
The festival parade begins with floats pulled by tractors, people in fancy dress collecting money for charity and the Rose Queens and retinues in a horse drawn carriage. At the carnival show ground we see children in fancy dress, the Rose Queen coronation ceremony followed by fancy dress and decorated float parades and prize giving. |
