Description |
Film of Derek and Sylvia Higginson as young children in the Higginson family garden at Deane, near Bolton. They are seen at the front gate, an ice cream seller on a bicycle is seen passing and a man is seen tending a bonfire in an adjoining garden. The two children are seen playing in the garden, a friend appears with them briefly. They play on a swing, have a teaparty, play with tennis rackets and blow bubbles with a clay pipe. The film closes with footage shot on a beach. Derek and Sylvia are seen digging holes in the sand and the family dog is seen. |
