Description |
As part of the Baytrees Bee Project in Harpurhey in Manchester, this short film shows bee keeper Kay Phillips introducing a new nuc box of Buckfast bees from a farm in Wythenshawe to the Baytrees hives. She transfers the colony of bees to a brood box before feeding the bees with a sugar syrup solution The film ends with a close up of a bee with pollen on its back legs and bees flying into the brood box. Shot on 8 July 2017. |
