Crowds gather to watch and take part in the Warrington and District Motor Club rally. Officials can be seen checking cars prior to start of the rally, competitors gathered around vehicles and cars setting off at timed intervals. The cars make their way towards Jenkin Chapel, Cheshire. Shots filmed from a car dashboard as it drives along a snow covered roads. Time control near the Cat and Fiddle pub in Macclesfield. Test 2 at Blore involves reversing manoeuvres. Drivers stop for lunch in Ashbourne, Derbyshire. We join the drivers again in Harpur Hill for test 3 which includes making emergency stops at the bottom of a hill. The cars then head for the finish line. We see close ups of newspaper articles reporting on the event. The Daffodil cup winner was F. Snaylem. At the Lion Hotel, winners are presented their trophies.

The film cuts to street scenes where crowds of people are standing by and looking over the school wall where a bicycle rally is about to begin. School children with numbers on their backs line their bicycles up against the walls. The mayor can be seen leaving the school grounds.
