The film opens with views of Criccieth, and we see a motorboat on a trailer pulled by a tractor down to the sea, and then there are views of the Criccieth Regatta from 11 August 1965.We see various sailing races and there are amusing scenes at the RNLI station where we see a 'no smoking sign' followed by shots of RNLI members openly smoking. We see the boys on the beach at Black Rock Sands and looking at the farm animals at their holiday accommodation at Coed Lyn Farm. There are views from a ride on the Festiniog Railway followed by more beach scenes at Edryn. There are then scenes from 'The Spring Ramble'. The members of the Chorlton Camera Club start their journey to the Millers Dale area from Manchester Central Station. On arrival the members gather and board buses, and then there are views from a train. The camera club members take photographs, stop for a picnic and carry on rambling. | |||
