They include a Christmas Tree Plantation and a logging operation adminstered by the Forestry Commission, and various hikers, joggers, dog-walkers and picnickers enjoying the woods. There is also footage of Tirley Garth stately home, with close-ups of various flowers and plants in the gardens. A canal trip is shown, with barges, geese and footage of a river, followed by shots of Beeston Castle. There are scenes of a Sealed Knot civil war re-enactment with costumes, parades in Chester town centre and a staged battle. After shots of Mr Carter talking to children in a school playground, he is seen in his shop using a variety of tools to shape a wrought iron rod into a fire poker. During the festival, children take part in various entertainments and there are views of several different street theatre performances.
