We see a party of people arriving in Blackpool, they all buy ice creams and walk along the seafront. There are views of Blackpool Tower, the seafront and trams and then we see the group on a rollercoaster. A title reads 'and again Blackpool 1946'. A couple wave goodbye as they leave home and are then seen on the seafront. A title reads 'new paint for Blackpool Tower'. We then see workmen at the top of the tower painting and then there is a set up scene where the workmen pretend to fight over a telescope so they can spy on a couple on the beach. There are views from the top of the tower. A lady paddles in the sea and then there are scenes from the boating pool.
