Amateur drama about a jewel heist that goes wrong. An ex-con leaves Liverpool Prison and is picked up by his criminal partner. Together they hatch a plan to steal ancient and precious jewels - the 'Green Eyes of the Little Yellow God' - on display at Liverpool Museum. After casing the joint during the day, they return at night and grab the jewels but set off an alarm. A guard investigates and is killed by the panicking thieves. Back at the hideout, one of the men is wracked by guilt and pledges to go to the police. His partner is enraged and strangles him to death, then flees the house only to be knocked down by a car and killed as the curse of the jewels strikes again. The film opens with general views of the shopping streets in Clitheroe and then we see a street market. This is an event where the stall holders are dressed in Victorian clothes. We see large crowds of people looking at the stalls which are run by local groups such as the Brownies, the Women's Institute and local parish churches. Children watch a Punch and Judy Show and there are views of the stalls selling all kinds of things such as sandwiches, cakes and black puddings. There are also stalls where people can play games. We see a Morris Dancing performance and children dancing round the Maypole before the stall holders start to pack up the market and dismantle their stalls as the crowds disperse. | |||

Also seen in Abersoch bay are motorboats and water skiers. At Knowsley Safari Park we see various animals including giraffes, rhinos, lions, camels and zebras. As the Samuels drive through the park they feed the elephants and baboons then Mark takes a ride on a children's dodgem car and miniature railway. Mark then goes on a trampoline closely followed by his mother bouncing in slow motion. The film ends with a dolphin show. | |||
