They board a boat at Ambleside Pier and take a trip across Windermere and watch some sailing boats. The girls swim in the lake back at the Estate, a teacher emerges from the Britannia Inn in Elterwater and we see brief shots of some birds in a cage. At home, Corie is filmed eating food from a dish next to a hedgehog eating from a bowl of milk and bread. The hedgehog departs leaving a trail of milky footprints behind him. Corie's master is seen carrying a shotgun in a field, he shoots a duck flying overhead, the duck falls in the lake and Corie swims to retrieve it.
