The Queen and Prince Philip are seen boarding and being shown around several naval vessels, including HMS Kent and Maidstone; they also investigate the interior of the Royal Navy’s first nuclear submarine, HMS Dreadnought. Later, the royal couple in evening dress attend a formal dinner aboard HMS Lion. The reel ends with the crew of HMS Lion bidding farewell as the royal yacht departs.
 
 
 
THE MONSTER!

There's a monster beneath the streets of Heswall! Amateur fiction film - Svenn is told by his little brother Karl that he's found a monster. The boys go to investigate, taking Svenn's friend's pistol, going underground via a nearby manhole cover. Unbeknownst to them, they are being followed by their sister Heidi, but she doesn't see them go down the hole. Underground, the boys explore the tunnels, but then Karl is attacked by the green monster. Svenn shoots the monster and rescues an unconscious Karl. Back on the surface, they find Heidi, and Svenn explains what happened. Turning round, they see that Karl has turned green - he's turning into a monster! The film begins with the Blue Coat School Band members boarding a coach and then we see them setting up to play, and then playing to a small audience, in what appear to be the grounds of a school. We see the band playing informal games of cricket and on a trip to the centre of Aberdeen where we see the sights on Union Street and Castle Street. The band play in various outdoor locations, including at a fete where we also see a Scottish Piper Band, and displays of bodybuilding , judo, gymnastics, and fencing. We see the band board the bus to return home, and then we see them carrying their equipment from the coach up the hill to the school.

A compilation of scenes from the Wild family. The film opens with scenes from Tony's birthday party. We see a table laden with party food, the children help Tony to blow out his candles and then he attempts to cut the cake. They then play party games. We next see the boys in their dressing gowns, opening their presents on Christmas morning. We see them playing with a toy drum kit and then outside riding on a peddle digger toy. They later pretend to be a band with their toy instruments, the baby is on the drums. There are scenes from a busy park where they play ball games and feed red squirrels. The film ends with scenes from a family trip to the seaside, the boys enjoy donkey rides and we see them on fairground rides and on a boat trip.

ONE DAY FORWARD: THE MANCHESTER GRAMMAR SCHOOL 1965

There are two parts to this film. The first part is a black and white film featuring a day in the life of Manchester Grammar School. The film begins with the caretaker opening the school gates. We see the staff and students arriving, the teachers head to the Masters' Common Room where we see them sat in comfy chairs reading newspapers. We see the boys at morning assembly and Jewish prayers taking place in Sieff Theatre. We see the boys in class, the lessons we see include French, woodwork, metalwork, biology, music, chemistry, physics, pottery and P.E. We see the boys having a swimming lesson, which they do in the nude. We also see them studying in the library and receiving their milk at break time. We see them buying snacks from the tuck shop and later eating a hot meal at lunch time. The film concludes with scenes of some of the boys leaving at home time, and some of the boys staying on to take part in various after school activates including cricket, chess and playing in the school orchestra. The caretaker closes the gates and we see the cleaner at work. The second part of the film is a colour film showing the boys on a camping trip in what appears to be the Lake District. The boys are seen at camp enjoying refreshments, preparing, cooking and distributing food and playing cricket. We see them out walking and there are shots of the campsite and scenery.

Women and children sat in deckchairs in the garden as a man exits and then enters the garden and smells the flowers. Girls playing football tennis then children play fighting in the garden followed by beach scenes with the children burying each other in the sand. The F.A. Cup on display at the Liverpool show then brief scenes of majoretttes dancing with pom poms.
