The family later attend a bonfire, children can be seen playing with fireworks. In the next scene, a mock "Hitler" can be seen in a coffin with a sign that reads 'He's Had It'. Back at home, Mrs. Hughes enjoys breakfast in bed and shows the camera a Christmas card. Out on the street, children can be seen playing hopscotch together. The family go for a walk along the canal towpath. The film ends with scenes of a group of young people sat on a bench and going for a walk in the woods. | |||
